Your certification process includes flexible pre-work, a practical two-day immersive workshop, and a final competency exam. You’ll confidently work with the complete EQ-i 2.0 model and all report formats—Workplace, Leadership, Group/Team, and EQ360—while practising real feedback conversations. Once certified, you’ll join the EQ Influence Collective for ongoing supervision, support, and continuous development.
